Firearm Law Seminars & Instruction

Firearm Law Seminars

We are pleased to offer firearms law seminars to groups of any size. Sessions typically involve at least a one-hour presentation by Mr. DeBrosse, followed by a question-and-answer session. Our seminars provide clear answers to your questions, arm you with the information you need to stay out of trouble with the law, and give you and your group an opportunity to dispel much of the legal misinformation that is unfortunately circulating through the gun community. Subjects include (but are not limited to): general firearms ownership and possession, use of force and self-defense, concealed carry presentations, and the basics of owning automatic weapons and suppressors. Call today to schedule a seminar for your group!

Firearm Instruction

As a certified firearms instructor, Mr. DeBrosse is available to teach or assist with your basic Concealed Carry or Personal Protection in the Home courses. Derek is also available to assist other certified instructors with the legal portion of their classes. Whether you are a citizen looking to obtain your concealed carry license, or an instructor looking for some added expertise in your class, Barney DeBrosse, LLC, Attorneys at Law is available to assist you. Please contact us to discuss availability.

After finishing your concealed carry instruction by a certified instructor the next step is to apply for a license. Sometimes there are problems that may arise in the application process. Whether there is an administrative error or the County is simply delaying your license past the statutory deadline, please call to schedule an appointment so we can ensure your ability to protect yourself is not impaired by needless delays. If you are having problems getting or keeping your CHL, please contact us to discuss your right and remedies. Note that in certain cases, waiting even a few days can forfeit your rights forever – don’t delay!
